Brazil ANATEL: Publication on Act 10002, 10003 (Terminal Access Station, Cellular Mobile Telephone)

Brazil ANATEL(The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações) published Act 10002 and 10003 which are the updates on Technical Requirement for Terminal Access Stations and Cellular Mobile Telephones.

• Act 10002: Update Act 3151 Technical Requirement (Terminal Access Stations)

• Act 10003: Update Act 3152 Technical Requirement (Cellular Mobile Telephones)

Due to following updated Acts, products that operate/use 4G,5G must apply these updated acts.

• Request retest/test to with new standards to DCBs(Designated Certification Bodies) under ANATEL list within 6 months(Max.)
