Brazil ANATEL(The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações) adopts exemption for renewal applications that expires prior to July 31, 2022 under Official Note 233/2021/ORCN/SOR-ANATEL. These prior certificates can be renewed without local testing.
Following matters must be noted:
Not reflect on all the devices. This exemptions does not apply to products that conclude with failure of initial certification
ANATEL allows remote monitored test for the labs. under their DCB(Designated Certification Bodies) rules include non-ISO/non ILAC membered laboratories but requires remote audits
