EAEU: Decision No. 130 Importing Products Subject to Mandatory Conformity Assessment in the Customs



Decision No. 130 : About procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

  • Determine that lists of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of documents on assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union or data on such documents approved before entry into force of this Decision, are effective for the purpose of, determined by the Procedure approved by this Decision for lists of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning which when placing under customs procedures observance of measures of technical regulation proves to be true.

    1. Samples: Purposed on (imported for) research, testing, and measurement will not be subject to mandatory conformity assessment provided that the declarant has an agreement, contract, or letter with the Certifying Body (CB) or Test Lab confirming the purpose and number of necessary samples.

    2. Spare parts of sample: can be imported by authorized foreign manufacturers of finished products for maintenance or repair of previously imported finished products will not be subject to mandatory conformity assessment.

  • Declare invalid decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 No. 294 "About Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union of products (goods) concerning which mandatory requirements within the Customs union are established".


This Decision No. 130 will replaces Decision No. 294. AND effective on January 30, 2022.
